Who we are

Dimensions HRD Consultants (“Dimensions”, “we”, “us”) is an executive search firm headquartered in Delhi NCR, India, with offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Dubai. This policy explains how we handle personal data of candidates, clients, prospects and website visitors.

Data we collect

Identity & contact data — name, email, phone, location, LinkedIn.
Professional data — CV, employment history, compensation expectations, references.
Client data — company name, hiring brief, contract and billing details.
Website data — device, browser, IP-derived country, pages viewed, referral source.

How we use it

To assess candidates for live search mandates.
To communicate about roles, referrals, insights and events you opted into.
To deliver contracted services to client organisations.
To operate this website, prevent abuse and improve our services.

Lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (running an executive search practice), contract (delivering services to clients and engaging candidates), consent (marketing and newsletter) and legal obligation (tax, audit, statutory record-keeping).

Sharing

Candidate profiles are shared with a client only for a specific mandate, with the candidate’s awareness. We use a small set of trusted processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics, AI infrastructure). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention

We retain candidate records for as long as they are relevant to future searches, and remove them earlier on request. Client and financial records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email dimensions@dimensionshrd.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, principle-of-least-privilege on our tooling, and vetted infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect a breach affecting your data, contact us immediately.
