Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire Recruitment Life-cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct proactive Head Hunting to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Focus on recruiting for Middle and Senior Management Positions.
  • Utilize platforms such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., for sourcing and shortlisting candidates.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Handle the complete lifecycle of recruitment operations efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in executive search or recruitment consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
