At the junior level, we consider the work force which lacks nothing but the experience. This is a stage which demands critical attention to one’s caliber and potential. We focus on ‘what one can do’ than ‘what one does’.
By the time a candidate acquires some experience, it becomes necessary to gauge his/her degree of company loyalty. This is where we focus keenly. His/her association with previous enterprises comes into scrutiny.
Senior management clearly represents responsibility & it must. Not only in terms of ones job but ones overall attitude. Our focus remains on this till we are satisfied with a candidate’s value system in particular.
